Direction for use:
Apply a small amount of Brilliant Skin Micellar Deep Cleansing Water on a cotton pad and spread evenly on face neck in an upward motion.
For removal of waterproof make up, press the cotton pad firmly on your skin then wipe lightly. Do not rub harshly.
